4-15, 92˚ in Phoenix and LOVING it

The event here in Phoenix has had pretty light attendance so far, however, the weather is awesome. Hot sunny days and warm clear nights.

Day one of the event was really slow, this made for a very long day.

Next door to us in the Phoenix Stadium there has been an RV showcase going on. The RV people let us put a volt in there display area and we had Volt specialists take turns every hour going in there and hanging with the car and promoting our event.

It was slow inside the stadium as well, but it was a change of pace.

The truck demos were also going slow. I only had a few customers a couple of times that wanted to watch the demo. I'm not really sure why people weren't coming out to the event. I mean, they get to drive a lot of new cars for free, no strings, no catch. Just sign up and drive. No sales pitches or anything. The weather was great, a little hot, but its Phoenix, you would think there used to it. So it just kind of stinks that the attendance is so low.

The day finished up ok and I think we may have done twice the amount of people today than we did yesterday. Its still not good, but its better.

After work several of us went to grab a bite to eat at a local steak house. The place was pretty cool and the food was good. They had a mechanical bull that you could ride for $3.00. None of us maned up and tried it. But we did enjoy watching some of the brave guys (and girls) that did. Yes, that's right, we didnt even step up after we saw girls do it. Sad, so so sad.

They had a neat litte fountain display outside of the restaurant

After dinner we walked back to the hotel. It wasn't too far and it was a gorgeous night.

We have hopes that attendance will be even higher tomorrow, we know that the temperature will be! And I am already burnt!
